I am at my wits end with Unisa. I went to submit an assignment last week and a message came up that said i owed UNISA money and that i would not get any marks until my account was paid, I checked my financial status on myunisa and it says I owe R610.00 that is due in August. I am confused. If it is only due in August, why are my marks being withheld??? So I try to contact them. I try the phone number for the finance department. It just rings and rings day after day. I try e-mailing... no reply. I try their oh so fabulous sms option that they promote to death, and still nothing!!! Today i went to check my exam timetable and there is a message saying that until i pay the money outstanding, my exam marks will not be released??? What money is outstanding??? Who at UNISA can tell me. I don't mind paying I have the money!!! But according to my statement I don't need to pay until August???
