Sent my third and final assignment in last year on the 15 november 2013, what usally took only a week or so to return it did not return at all. On the 9 December 2013 I sent an email to my student advisor asking for an update on the marking of my assignment, he said he would look into it. On the 6 January 2014 with still no update or phone call I decided to resend my assignment through again asking it to be resent for marking. Its now the 27 january 2014, I phoned again and was told it would be looked into and I would be called for an update plus I have also found out that the course will be expired today. Its been exactly 2 months and 12 days since I sent my assignment for marking and im still waiting for the phone call. A question arises, if I have failed my assignment that I sent through on time, who is going to compinsate me for the time waised on the marking from college sa? I wanted to further my studies through them because I was told they were good, now I just dont know!
