Since UNISA closed its call center, it is impossible to get any form of assistance
I was unable to take my exams last year due to work commitments (recently employed). and submitted application as required
However to this date, I have sent countless e-mails to the relevant departments with no feedback
This is detrimental to my future and career aspirations and is the last thing you would expect from an academic institution of UNISA standing
I trust my complaint will be atteneded to soon as this has now become the only means of contact to the university
