I emailed unisa in March 2013 to find out about my studies so I can register for February, they couldn't help me on the phone resulting in me emailing them, I only received a reply now in May 2013 and completely missed the registration period causing me not to be able to continue in my studies. Worst service ever! Will never try and go through unisa again! Rather use Nosa, best fast efficient service ever! Got a reply from them in just under 24 hours.
