Lack of response regarding deferment of one module

I sent an e-mail to the department of law, as per the info booklet, regarding a request for deferment of one of my subjects on the 15/04/2013. I received an automated response to say they would respond timeously. I still have not received a response and it is almost a month later. There is no one you can contact telephonically regarding this matter, I would expect an e-mail response to be a bit speedier if one cannot speak to someone on the phone. I pay fees and service would be appreciated. I am a single mother, working and juggling studies. I do not have the resources to waste money or time and really would like a response.

The website has been offline for this week so far, before exams and that is not efficient or helpful for me when I want to print off exam papers for revision.
