How long must we wait???

I am honestly sick to death with UNISA's "no call centre theory" in my opinion it was just an excuse on their part to ignore student enquires and save costs.
I have been, for past 6 months if not more, trying to establish why one of my subjects have been removed from my degree and put as a non-degree purpose (NDP) subject. I only took that subject for degree purposes. Now as I am coming towards the end of my degree, I am starting to panic because I do not know where I stand with this subject as I need it for credit towards my degree. I have sent numerous emails; I have gone on unisa and filled out an online enquiry but yet still nothing. I can't imagine how much more frustrating it must be for people studying at unisa with no access to internet. BRING BACK THE CALL CENTRE!!!
Since the beginning of this "no call centre" rubbish i have not had a single response to anything i have ever email or smsed. So I suppose Unisa finds it acceptable that students should just wait idly in the dark?
