2 days before the first exams start and the UNISA website is down. Since they chose to close their call center and make their online service the only communication medium, one would imagine that the LEAST they could do is have an IT resource on standby for weekends etc?
Then again - this is a world class AFRICAN city and judging by African standards I suppose it is acceptable for students to struggle. At least we got our books.
I am really annoyed that you have absolute zero business contingency plans in place. Maybe some of your employees should consider studying some of your own courses in this regard!
