Decision made are very inconsiderable

I strongly believe that i am not treated fairly by milpark as i was not able to write my two on - line tests due to my illness (CELLULITIS - SWOLLEN LEGS), I could not walk for a whole month even now im wearing my flip flops to work because the shoes can not fit yet, i sent an e - mail to them last month to request a re write bt they declined it today and unfortunately i can not write my exams because the test was compulsory as exam entry. i believe that milpark is not treating me fairly in regards to my situation, i believe they think i made my self sick on purpose.how can i recomend someone to study with them when they treat us in such a way
