We bought solar panels for our pool with a five year guarantee. When we noticed three were leaking in December 2012, we contacted Home Comforts for a replacement as the guarantee was still valid. The removed four of the panels and left us with one. We were told that the new panels would be installed January when the factory opened. Since then we have had one excuse after another. First, they were on their way to install, and never arrived, then their suppliers were out of stock, then the suppliers were out of materials to manufacture them, and lastly, they were out of components to join them. I contacted them today and Brenda, who has been giving me every kind of excuse, is off and I would be contacted Thursday. Needless to say, I have been promised feedback and no one ever returns the calls. They are not even apologetic. The feeling we are now getting is that they dont intend to anything about it.
