In 2009 Solarmac installed a solar heating system on our pool. The system started leaking in 2011. Upon investigation they realised there was a fault with the solar panels. Brian advised their supplier undertook to replace them with new ones since they were under guarantee. We have been following up with him to no avail. Upon confirmation, he indicated that he will come and install the new panels within a week. Since then we have received reasons why he could not come ranging from Brian being out of the country, (more than 18 months ago), busy installing due to hail storm (more than 12 months ago), Coming in a weeks time (January), supplier having production problems (7 months ago) to no response (3 weeks ago). We find ourselves with a pool without heating for almost two years when we bought into a product that had a minimum 10 year guarantee.
