Suntank placed an add on 702, These guys must be pros, RIGHT, WRONG. They promised installation would be done 1 day before we intended moving into our newly built home (Despite a Months notice).1st night in our new home, 36 Week pregnant wife and NO HOT WATER. 2nd day in our new home, a team arrived for installation, we were out in the morning so my domestic worker let them in, they installed the panels directly over a point in our living room where we intended placing our already positioned fire place. The day after installation water came trickling down the wall in the baby's room, incorrectly sealed pipes. A week later we discovered extensive damage to the roof tiles by them . 3 weeks after installation I got the feeling we weren't reaping the benefits of solar heated water, they sent a team to check and reported its working as it should . 2 Months after and I still wasn't convinced, they sent another team that finally realized water had not been channelling through the panels due to the angle of the inlet/out flow pipes through the panels, so our hot water was the result of being heated electronically and not Solar all this time.
