We hired Revamp-It to do some waterproofing in Sept 2012. Since then we have had leaks every time it rains and our skylight was splattered with the black waterproofing material.
I've lost count of the number of times I've contacted Johann Smit to rectify the problems and have now given up. They have been before, but not fixed anything. Since then they say they are coming, then don't pitch.
Their 10 year warranty is worthless.
If you are thinking of hiring these clowns - beware!! All is good before the job, but then they run for the hills. 7 complaints prior to mine says it all.
PS they also do roof sheeting and guttering, so don't be fooled. Its the same guys.
