Vaughan the owner of the company Versatile Pools based in JHB and I had a difference of opinions on a specific job which lead me to laying a complaint on Hello peter. He has agreed to go out of his way and come back to the pool he built on my premises and fix outstanding problems. For this Vaughan and the company Versatile Pools must be commended as most companies would not do this! I must apologise for the misunderstanding from my side as Vaughan was on leave while i was trying to contact him which lead to my frustration. I'm more than happy to give credit where credit is due and once the job is complete I will post it on this site.
