This is a warning to everyone, i got Civitron to come and renovate my flat at the back and do some work in my house as well as paint work. Malcolm was never here to check up on his guys and he promised me by the 7th everything would be finished. The night of the 14/12/2012 we walked in here just after 7PM and his guy was still sitting here watching us through the window, 4hours struggle to get hol of Malcolm, we sweared at each other and i had to get the police to remove his guy. on the following monday when I got here the man was here again, so I asked him again to remove himself as the is no supervision here, he asked me if he can take his tools, now he is not working for me so how must i know what is his tools, so i said yes and I left for my meeting, according to my cleaner he only took a small grinder. now he wants to sue me for R6 000 tools and his work is not yet completed and rough figure he owe me R14 235.00 according to him he is finished but i havent signed off the contract. The flat that he has renovated is falling apart, please be careful of these guys
