This is just a huge Thank You to all the staff at Budget Insurance call centre and especially to Tania Vermaak, their PE based assesor for their help in replacing my tools.
Without going into too much detail, my family was victim to a housebreaking in which a lot of my tools and belongings were.
This is a miserable occurrence at the best of times made even worse by the fact that I am building a house with my tools and no tools therefore means no progress!
Thanks to Tania and Budget, I sit now dirty on a Sunday evening, tired but happy with this weekend's progress on the house. New tools in hand and a very warm regard for my insurance company!
Thank you guys for making this big hurdle painless!
