I read a previous complaint about someone being sent around the block at BW. Well, I had the opposite experience. I called at ca 10:30 and was put through to the person on the floor. He works at the paint department, not tools, but he put me through to the correct department. However, he walked to the tools area, picked up the phone again and assisted me until the person working in the tools department could take over. I got all my answers quickly, and in a friendly manner. This makes me eager to visit the shop later today to go and buy the items I queried about. Well done!
