I contracted Kevlo Solutions and Supplies to build a SWIMMING POOL at my residential house in Centurion. I paid the required 60% deposit to him to start the job which was supposed to take approximately 3 weeks.
After 3 weeks there was a hole in the ground (dug with my house buider's TLB and jackhammers). Now Kevin Duane Brider asked for a further 20% progress payment which I transferred in good faith. Thereafter he had the basic structure of the pool built with my house builder's bricks) and thereafter disappeared without a trace. Up to today (4 months later) he has not contacted me, responded to my queries or repaid any funds stipulated in my Letter of Demand.
His NHBRC registration on his quote (35319) expired almost 2 years ago.
He does not answer his phone or reply to emails [Email Removed]
This man is a who will from you and then disappear without a trace without repaying any of the money he took. I had to fork out thousands of rands to have the pool fixed and finished.
