I fitted a pool 5 yrs ago i had problems with the Marblite Last Year July Penquin pools now Eastrand pools remarbelite my pool We was no satisfied the pool had rough marks on and uneven We where not satisfied so Willie came and sandpaper on the marks My husb complaint and tell him that will not work he got angry and left I called the Owner at that Time Pieter to come and have and have a look He said that we must run the water the marks will go away with time and we will still complain about marks but it will fade with time. They gave me letter to state that. The end of Jan i contacted Willie He didnt even came to my house to investigate At the end of Feb I told him I will go further he send me a Email to say it was diss colourin etc I phoned him after severall calls he respond he came and buff and polish may pool it was worse My husb phoned him to tell him we have a report from another comp he wanted the report I emailed it to him They say it was bad preparation and the marbelite is not 6mm thick up to now he doesnot answer my emails or respond on my report The lady in the office said she will speak to the owner Andre and phone me back but I get no Reply
