In December last year I installed a swimming pool at Magaliesberg Country estates 2. I decided to let Penquin Pools do the installation for me. When the project was completed they should of installed a hug bug pool cleaning mechanism, as per my contract, Which they did not do. I kept phoning requesting the hug bug to be installed. 2 Weeks of continous phone calls and Sylvia my sales rep phones me up and brings the hug bug to my home. I ask her if she should not install the hug bug she confirms she do not have the time.
I installed the hug bug but it is not functioning properly and I phoned sylvia requesting another hug bug. After 4 days and after I phoned the Penquin Pools East Lynne Manager, he told me he cannot handle my enquiry I need to contact Sylvia. Sylvia finally phoned back, she promised to look into the problem and visit me to fix the hug bug. It is now 14th of January and the hug bug is still broken. My recomendation to anyone looking for a swimming pool installer do not use Penquin Pools, I know I won't.
