Started May 2012 Zaid had agreed and Invoiced a service which to-date has still not been delivered. Basic Draftmans drawings needed to be amended and signed off. Unfortunately there were problems with Cape Town COUNCIL and AAC which any architect should roll with the punches. Now he has breached the contract and wont continue as he has run out of ideas and cant create drawings according to the clients specifications and requirments. Of course like any company these days they expect payment before the final step and once paid they don't deliver.
BE CAREFUL!! WHEN AGREEING TO USE ARCHITECTS, THEY HAVE UNDELIVERED PROMISES. RATHER USE A DRAFTSMEN and then get council drawings from there.
