Can you believe it! I have been struggling for 1 and a half years now. All started off well and of course when the tuff gets going, they run! and take all your money with them. I hope some people dont experience half of what I had to go through, SPREAD THE WORD!!! Saf Arcoza Architects run by Zaid Safodien will not assist not help you in any way unless you keep giving them money until you have run out then they wont submit help at all. After signing a contract that everything will be R11 000 then asking for more money then not submitting your plans, then com ing back for more money, then time goes by with excuses and then coming back after 6 months and wanting more money. Once you say no more money they RUN away. This needs to STOP and OTHER People need to know before this happens to them!! Saf Arcoza Architects run by Zaid Safodien should not be allowed to RUN as a business!!!
