In April 2013, 4 Degrees South was appointed to supply plans and project manage proposed alterations to my residence. A deposit of R 87000.00 was requested and paid and 4 Degrees South agreed to supply drawings for approval within one month. After several delays and non delivery of drawings, we decided to cancel our agreement with 4 Degrees South and demanded our deposit back. this was done on the 18 August 2013. 4 Degrees South agreed to refund the deposit but there again made several promises which were never kept and to date neither drawings or the deposit has been seen.
We have now instituted legal action against 4 Degrees South (Pty) Ltd but would like to warn the public that doing business with 4 Degrees South is risky according to the experience we have had.
