Firstly Micap Architectural has never refused to refund the client. We produced 5 sets of drawings for her approval, and that process took longer. An effort was then made to meet with the client at her place of employment so that we can finalise the preliminary drawings. The initial quotation given to the client was R4800, she then requested a discount which came to R3700. Our cost to produce preliminary drawings was R2700 including driving from Edenvale to Midrand 5 times. We continously requested the client to forward changes to us, so that submission drawings can be produced. This did not happen. Once more we are willing to pay the R1000 difference. We have never treated any of our clients as described above.
