Chillies thatching has completed building a thatch about 2 months ago. After we had some heavy rains we discovered a leak and reported it to him. He makes promises to come but does Come and then switches his phone off. He made 2 appointment's and still did not come to repair the leak which is quit bad. I will sue him for damages to my cupboards if he does not respond.
