Redruth Thatching had a no-care attitude from day one. I visited their branch in Alberton, gave my details through but no-one cared to contact me. After a couple of days I eventually got hold of the owners, the lady got her Rep to contact me the same day and things then went smoothly. after each instalment phase they'd phone after hours for payment, which I made within minutes of them phoning. The evening they finished, they phoned me for final payment, it was dark and I couldn't see the complete structure, but in good faith I made the full payment. Now that I need a couple of things fixed which should have been done correctly the first time, no one is coming back to me. it took me 3 days and 3 calls to get the Rep back, and then a week's gone by with many phone calls and no-one has come back to me with when they'll come back. I paid double than what some other quotes were, I thought I'd get the return, but I've learned not to use Redruth Thatching again.
