NO SERVICE

It took 9 days of me calling in to make an appointment with a consultant to measure for new blinds. Once an appointment was made, the consultant called back to advise that she had personal commitments hence delaying the order for yet another week. Is she the only one working for Windovert? It has taken over two weeks and I am still no better off. disgusted at the waste of time and no effort on their part.
