Mr Jason James and The Green Building Company were contracted to do alterations to my house. After a contractual dispute over payment he walked off site. We proceeded to cancel the contract, hire new contractors and are holding him liable for the resulting costs. After unsuccessful mediation we proceeded to arbitration. The arbitrator awarded a considerable amount of the costs to us but Mr James is still unable or unwilling to settle his obligations.
I would not recommend Mr James and The Green Building Company under any circumstance.
