Being charged fo

I opened an account at Build It, Grassy Park in Cape Town but after hearing what the installment would be, I gave an instruction that the account should be closed therefore I never took any goods from the store. I then realized that i am being charged even though i never transacted with he store.
My name has a debt next to it even though I don't owe Build It anything. My name on the credit bureau shows that I have an account with Build It, yet I do not have any account and I would like them to delete or remove my name.
