I opened an account with CashBuild/Nedbank in October, cos I was about to resign at my workplace I decided to cancel the deal (without using their money/material) Mathapelo (Nedbank Consultant) assisted me and she sent all the required documents to cancel the deal. I went there almost every weekend to check how far is the cancellation process, in the mean time Nedbank is deducting money from my account I don't want to skip payments, I'm protecting my credit record but this is affecting my bank account cos I'm always broke/paying for something that I don't have. On the 25th of Jan I went to Cash Build to check with them as too how far are they with the process, Mathapelo sent me to Kedibone (Consultant at Cash Build) and Cameron (Manager at Cash Build) to ask them why has it been so long. Kedibone gave me a bad attitude she told me I have to wait this is a queue they can't just do my things in one day the manager agreed with her. Mathapelo gave Kedibone and Cameron the documents but they took their own time to process it hence I am flat broke and sorely disappointed in Cash Build and Nedbank. I NEED MY MONEY BACK PLEASE CANCEL THIS LOAN/ACCOUNT
