Nedbank approved a loan withouth my concern they requested my details when I wanted to check how much do I qualify for in oder to get a credit at build It. Upon my request to cancell nedbank required a statement stating why I'm cancellin which I wrote and send it to micheal who is a manager at build it they he promised to send all the paper work including cancellation letter. I waited more than 5months he never return to me he only told me tht I must not worry because nedbank owes them money for telephone bills etc.. However that does not involve me, he kept going on saying this does not involve me I must relax because they won't transfer the money back on Nedbank because they owe build it, so it was difficult because nedbank requested a proof of payment that shows that build it returned the money back to their account when I cancelled but Micheal refuse to return the money so now my credit profile is at steak coz every debit order that comes in I reverse but now I'm handed over to credit beuraux for a loan tht I didn't even receive with my hands worst part I don't even have a card to purchase to show that they approved in my absence I didn't even knew my account number for Acc
