Over the past 2 months I have spent R 56, 164.50 at Build It.
I have had approximately 24 deliveries representing approximately 90% of the amount spent at Build It.
I selected Build It as I was told delivery was free.
Both Builders Warehouse and Cashbuild are in the area, but both charged a delivery fee.
Today, on my final order, a sales person revealed that there were in fact two prices: one for delivery and one for own collections.
The sales person who had been dealing with my account agreed that she had told me delivery was free and had never revealed that a delivery fee was built into the costs.
When asked, the manager said, "'Free Delivery' meant there was no additional cost added to the built in delivery fee".
