I'm not sure what it is called, but I received the wors service in my life this weekend. I bought a box set for a door handle (Including lock and handle). When I got home I struggled to get the lock in the door but eventually prevailed... Just to find the rest of the screws were missing. I then went back to the stoor to find a manager, Isaac, who did not really want to assist me. (Even though this is a major mistake on behalf of Builders not mine.) Eventually I got a new box, the manager opened it and checked that their are a few screws in. I asked him about the rest, because I saw 4 wooden screws... nothing else. He assured me the rest is in.
This was Saturday, however, my day wis spend in traffic between home and Builders and I had to leave the job for Sunday.
Sunday afternoon I tried again, this time to find that the lock is not complete, missing the keys and the actual locking mechanism...
So... Again I have to go back and replace the box... All the time driving out my petrol money! The extra 2 trips will cost me at least R 100, this will make the product another 33% more expensive... All due to a manager who is not willing to assist!! Absoluty disgusting
