I had blinds installed in three of my bedrooms by Taylor Blinds towards the middle of February. When I accepted the quote, I was told that someone will contact me to give me a date and time when the blinds will be installed to ensure that someone was at home. They arrived at the time given. The controller to open and close the blind on one of the sets was on the left hand side and should have been on the right hand side. I contaced George (the person who gave me the cost estimate) on the day it was installed and explained the situation to him. He told me that it would be sorted out and that someone will contact me. The blind was collected a few days later, corrected and delivered the next day - once again they phoned beforehand to check that someone was at home and they arrived at the time stated. All the people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful at all times. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Their prices are really very good and I can honestly recommend their services.
