I bought new couches from this supplier and had my someone deliver them for me to my place unfortunately it was raining on the day which was 20 DEC 2013, when my couches were fetched they were not wrapped with any plastic, they were extremely WET and now the cushion/sponge that we sit on is sinking in because of that and there are starting to tear. The couches aren't even a month old but they look over 20yrs old, I feel cheated on and defrauded. will somebody please assist me
