WE PURCHASED AN OTTOMAN ON FEBRUARY, AFTER CHOOSING A SPECIFIC FABRIC.
THEY DELIVERED THE OTTOMAN LATE AND POORLY MANUFACTURED, LOOKING COMPLETELY FLAT. THEY FORCED ME TO PAY 100% IN ADVANCE BEFORE I COULD SEE THE PRODUCT, WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT. THEY TOOK THE OTTOMAN BACK SAYING THAT IT WAS A "PROBLEM WITH THE FABRIC". THEY BROUGHT IT BACK AFTER SAYING IT HAD PASSED THEIR "QUALITY CONTROL". TURNS OUT THE OTTOMAN WAS STILL POORLY MANUFACTURED.
NOW, THIS GENTLEMAN SHAHEID IS REFUSING TO REFUND OUR MONEY, SAYING THAT WE MUST GO AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT FABRIC.
NO MR. SHAHEID. IT DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY. WE CHOSE A SPECIFIC FABRIC AND YOU GUARANTEED YOU COULD DELIVER. WE DO NOT WANT A DIFFERENT LOOKING PRODUCT, YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE AND YOU MUST REFUND OUR MONEY BACK, AS IT IS OUR RIGHT AS CONSUMERS TO BE SATISFIED WITH OUR PURCHASE.
ALSO, THIS GENTLEMAN SHAHEID REFUSES TO RESPOND E-MAILS AND PHONE CALLS. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE NOT RUNNING A SERIOUS BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY JUST FORCE YOU TO PAY IN ADVANCE, MAKING SURE THAT THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY BEFORE THE CUSTOMER CAN SEE WHAT THEY HAVE PURCHASED.
