He makes you pay a 50% deposit and tell you that the job would take - 1 weeks
He would show you a good quality concrete retaining block and he manufacturers has blocks at home with cusher (poor quality stone pieces) that breaks easily.
He and schemes to get his money from you and then hides and runs away without completing the job.
and the quality of blocks he supplies is made up mostly of sand cracks and breaks very easily.
So people out there please be careful of this character as I am not the only person he has ripped off.
My job is still not complete and my 3.5 meter retaining block wall has - 80 cracked blocks on it waiting to fall any day and he is not returning my phone calls or emails.
