My daughter is in a wheelchair and has a service dog. We were denied entry to Chamdor because of the dog! It is a disgrace in today's society that people are so ignorant to not know the difference between a pet and a working service dog! Khan was on leash (as he is at all times when out) and was wearing his red and yellow coat that identifies him as a working service dog. Sadly - these people wont even respond to the complaint nor will they show any remorse or change of attitude - lets see what happens should one of them end up wheelchair bound or blind and in need of one of these life changing animals...
And to think the day before we enjoyed breakfast in a restaurant (gasp!) and did some shopping at a major store - both of whom welcomed us most graciously! Come on Chamdor wake up and smell the roses!!! What you did is full on discrimination... do you not know what country you live in?
This is one store that will never see my patronage again!
