Total lack of interest in customers

I have phoned Suntank offices 7 times and asked Jessica to please arrange for someone to come and do maintenance on our solar heating system which is not working. To date no one has ever arrived. The last time I spoke to her she told me the reason no one has come to my home is because I haven't paid the call out fee but she would send me a tax invoice so that I could pay the call out fee, after which she would book an appointment. That was two weeks or more ago and I still haven't received ANYTHING or heard anything from Jessica. PLEASE tell me what miracle I will have to perform to get Suntank to come to my home!!!
