Smelly drains

Good day,

I'm a resident who stays in Kliptown with my child and I've got a terrible problem with the drain outside my unit. It's got a terrible smell, which me and my neighbours can't take anymore. We've been buying all sort of cleaning detergents to clean that drain, but still the problem is there. I mean we almost spend like up to R300 a month for that clean, which i just fell is not our responsibility to do so. There are suppose to be maintenance people who must sort out those drains and clean them, but nobody does it. We've got children and it is unhealthy for our healths, we can't even eat in that flat cause of that ugly smell that is coming from those terrible drains. Please, this is a very serious matter, and needs to be address asap cause we staying with our kids there. Hope you can assist me with this problem.
