It has taken 11 days to get SUNTANK to come and fix my solar geyser that does not heat the water. On the day they were due they were over 5 hours late for the appointment and it seems from my conversations on the phone that no-one has any control over the servicing teams who doe as they want.
This it the 3rd time in 18months that this geyser has stopped working
