On the 20th of December 2013, a plumber by the name of Lee, so-called unblocked my drain. The invoice clearly stated that all blocked drains come with a 5 month guarantee and the service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just over a month later said drain is blocked again. He refuses to come out without payment of R200 because it is over the weekend. I suppose this is to be expected from some one who works with faeces on a daily basis.
