I called the call center at around 13H50, it is now 15H48, I had a horrible mess with a blocked drain! Nasty stuff coming out and a terrible smell... it is all sorted out! The guys that came were friendly, efficient and very clean in their working manner.
They left with after cleaning up the mess the drain made as well as unblocking etc... I did not expect the service to be as fast and well executed as what I received.
