We've had multiple small comebacks on our Leather Lounge Suite that have been handled very professionally and efficiently.
Rose, the delivery crew and the factory are always quick to respond and fix the problems we need addressed. They've even gone the extra mile and added additional legs to the lounge suite with no cost and offered to send a "loan" lounge suite during repairs.
We're very happy and will always recommend Etienne Lewis.
