I moved in Isibaya house in 2010, under ecclesiate sectional title. I decided to move Appril 2012 and was told to follow procedures in order to be able to get a deposit back which i did. Then a lady called me 15 days before my contract expire and told me that i signed a lease with Ecclessiate and this company has been liquidated. This was shocking as it was the first time i am hearing this. In dec 2011 we received comms saying that Ecclesiate is re-branding to Craci complete and Ecclesiate rental statements change to Dricon properties. I suspected something but since we were told not to worry, i didnt do any investigation (I wish i did). These people didnt have the decency to tell us abt liquidation. Then i was recently told that tenants deposit money has been used for personal use, deposit money cannot be recovered and there is absolutely nothing i cannot do but to accept that my money is gone. This is so unfair, how can the people we trusted with our confidential information do this, who knows what they are capable of. No words can describe how i am feeling but all i know is that i am not letting this go this easily even if means i will still not get a cent from these.
