Blatant exploitation of subcontracted personnel by

Good Day

After my 61 year old father was subcontracted for Shopfitting labour In Kimberley Northern Cape by Shaheen Pillay (Newfields Cape Town) to finish off a tender awarded to Shaheen by PetroSa, I am deeply disgusted at the method of exploitation endured after weeks of hard labour for someone deemed a pensioner.

As dated the 20th February 2013 my Dad Alan Benjamin 0767405060 he should have received his payment on the labour he put in and with not only sheer vulgarity and disgust he was refused any sort of remuneration by Shaheen Pillay.
Your Cape Town Head Office was contacted today by my Father who was informed that the matter will be dealt however he will not receive any money rightfully owing to him anytime soon.

Please bear in mind that He is a Goverment Pensioner who has produced countless hours of hard labour including Sundays and is now treated like by an illiterate exploiter by the likes of Shaheen Pillay who has most likely pocketed a tidy sum by securing a tender with your company.

Though I am aware that PetroSa considers themselves not directly responsible for actions performed by their approved tenders, I am requesting that Shaheen Pillay be held responsibl
