Non delivery of blinds paid fo

Around the 28th Nov 2012, I bought blinds from Tessventure bl. This was 2nd time I was dealing with them. I was dealing with a lady called Renelle. She and a claudia came to take measurements of window. I was told if I paid before 07 Dec 12, I would get blinds within 2 weeks - I paid immediately. 2 weeks passed - when I followed up I was told blinds would be installed in the next Wednesday. The day came & passed without any word. I phoned & emailed Renelle but there was no response. Eventually I tried Claudia and she told me Renelle had a memtal breakdown & company was liquidated but I should not worry as I would still get my blinds as they had been ordered already - I just had to wait till January when they would be collected from the factory. The past 2 days I have been trying to get hold of Renelle and Claudia, but there is no response from them. I googled the company and found the owners details, Theresia Wolmarans. I've been trying to get hold of her the whole day, without any luck - her cell # and office # just ring and go to voicemail. These people were dishonest - they took my money knowing that company was going under - its wrong. Please help me get a response from them.
