Terrible Terrible after sales service. I filed a complaint 6 months ago. Nothing has been done. I was to continously about a truck coming to fetch the goods that needs repairs.
Latest lie: "A truck will fetch the broken furniture once we open for business in January".
It's now the 11th of January. Are you guys still closed???
Think I'll just write off the furniture and try to convince as many people as possible to stay away from Essops!!!
