Adrian from Aluways assisted me with a quote for an aluminium window, after the order was placed and his team began work, I realized that I gave him the incorrect dimensions. He went the extra mile to re-manufacture the window to the correct size and managed to arrange delivery the next day. The whole process took 1 day from my initial contact with Aluways, all other aluminium window suppliers could only deliver to me in 5 days.
