I have been looking for tap handles for about 3 months now under the assumption that I had to buy the handles from a supplier like Builders or Mica. Eventually I decided to contact Cobra directly via their website. I was contacted by Victor the following morning. The following day I sent Victor photos to confirm the correct part. The day the parts were delivered to me. Three days turnaround is brilliant considering they were waiting for info from me most of this time. I really did not expect this great service as normally whenever I've contacted a manufacturer directly they've never responded or have told me to go to a retail shop.
