Lloyd the owner came to my house to fix my Speed Queen Tumble dryer. On his invoice he said he replaced a motor timer and heat/thermo control. After he left the machine was doing exactly the same. He charged me R1303, 00 for this job. He came out again and told me that it is the motor timer, but when I told him that according to the invoice he already replaced the timer he told me that he wrote wrong on the invoice. I have been struggeling for 2 weeks now to get him to either get the machine sorted out or I want my money back, but he is just refusing to get back to me and every time I call him his got 1000's excuses. Do not use this Lloyd to work on any of your appliances as he will not fix your machine, but he will take the money.
